DAVID FERRY will be reading on Monday, April 25, 2016, at 7 pm, in the
Suffolk University Amenities Room, 73 Tremont Street, 1st floor,
Boston (one block from the Park Street T)

David Ferry’s most recent book of poems, Bewilderment (The University of Chicago Press), won the 2012 National Book Award. He is an acclaimed translator of the Gilgamesh epic, the Odes of Horace, and the works of Virgil. He also is the author of Of No Country I Know: New and Selected Poems, and On This Side of the River, a selected poems published in 2012 in the U.K. He is in his sixth year as Distinguished Scholar in Residence at Suffolk University.
